Responsibilities / Introduction
Job Desription:
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, the role involves various duties including but not limited to:
Accurately and quickly log, assign and / or escalate support tickets through company CRM
Customer Support via remote applications, phone and email
Onsite Support where required
Software and Hardware Testing
End to End system installations
End User Training
Ideally you will have:
Previous POS Software experience (power user or support role)
F&B POS System exposure / knowledge / experience
Understanding of networking principals and experience troubleshooting connectivity issues
At least 1 year experience in managing a F&B POS System
Requirement
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
Required skill(s): MySQL or other database knowledge. Other skills will be an added advantage.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Junior Executives specializing in IT/Computer - Software or equivalent.
ONE (1) Contract position(s) available.
Must be Malaysian Citizens
