Job Description

-Acting as a single point of contact to all customer of Customer Service system through a variety of support
product/services.
-Provide support on technical issue to user over the phone/email/remote/onsite assistance.
-Deliver outstanding customer service standards by answering calls promptly, and remaining courteous and
professional always.
-Logging of all incidents accurately, ensuring all relevant information is obtained and recorded on incident logging
software.
-Ownership of root cause analysis related to incidents and investigation into root cause using available information,
leveraging vendor knowledge and support and creation of remediation plan to rectify the problem.
-Assign calls to second-line support teams or principal where appropriate.
-Create and update operational, configuration and performance health check processes and procedures.
-Installation, testing , trouble shooting, maintenance, providing technical support on IT infrastructure/ systems,
-Documentation.
