Job Description
1.Coordinate Project Implementation and deployment to ensure project completed according to schedule
2.Provide technical assistance and support to healthcare customer
3.Identify, Diagnose , analyse and resolve issues from customers
4.Creating detailed documentation as a result of problem and root cause analysis in helpdesk engine
5.Escalating complex issues to development team
6.Provide Prompt and accurate respond to all issues by customer from various hospital
7.Provide ongoing support, maintenance and training on the implemented systems in various hospitals
Requirements
1.Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Science in Nursing or Computer Science
2.At least 2 years of working experience and above in Healthcare industry.
3.Excellent communication and written skills (communicate with Doctors and Nurses)
4.Knowledge with Windows Environment, Ms SQL Server and SQL script will be a plus
5.Able to work under minimum supervision
6.Willing to travel most of the time (within Malaysia and overseas)
7.Flexible and willing to work Odd hours (require to support customer from different time zone)
8.Experience with Critical care information system would be a strong plus
9.Must be interested in computer system (for Candidate with Nursing/Medical Background)
