Job Description

System Support Project Manager to help assess, define and execute strategies related to our Support Ecosystem. The role of the of the System Support Project Manager is responsible for implementation and execution of eSupport strategies that include support page management and other service enabling technologies. Other duties include providing first level support for system issues, ensure that our Systems and applications are functioning properly. They will also validate that enhancements and defect fixes are functioning as defined by system users before/after implementation.

Requirement
• 2 years experience testing system applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Salesforce Service Desk is highly preferred
• General knowledge of department functions and CRM Systems is highly desired
• Technical Skills; Computer Skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
