Job Description

  • Provide support in recruitment and administrative activities.
  • Provides day-to-day resourcing support that enables DHL to continuously improve the quality of staff to meet its resourcing requirements for today and the future.
  • To source candidates through innovative and cost effective.
  • Coordinate all internal and external recruitment from identifying need, preparing job advertisement, responding to applicants, preparing interview documentation, selection, onboarding of new hire.
  • Work with Assessment centres such as ISV Online to apply the appropriate tools to the candidates.
  • Post the jobs internally in DHL job site and in Global Job Watch and ensure that it reaches the target audience.
  • Ensure that the advertisement aligns to the marketing brand and incorporate DHL’s values and benefits to position DHL as an employer of choice.
  • Understand the role profiles and undertake the initial screening and shortlisting of candidates.

  • Minimum Degree holder in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or other relevant disciplines.
  • At least 1 to 2 years working experience in HR specifically in handling mass recruitment activities.
  • Good communication skills in English, both oral and written.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Highly responsible and dependable.
  • Able to work with minimum supervision yet fulfills requirement.
  • Able to multitask.
  • Positive attitude.
  • Able to work long hour, weekend and public holidays as and when required.
  • Adaptable for any changes.
