Job Description :
- Targeted segment growth via vibrant marketing approaches, enhanced with strategic thinking process to optimize sustainable evolving solutions.
- Manage Digital Segment and accountable for customer growth and customer relationship management for the segment
- Strategic thinking process – formulate viable longer-term solutions to always stay ahead of the curve
- Design, improve& implement end-to-end customer journey for all relevant product offers (including streamlining & simplification of onboarding experience)
- Strategize and optimize marketing funnel through planning, executing and monitoring of marketing campaigns (inclusive of marketing collaterals, campaign effectiveness, etc.)
- Keep abreast of market development to obtain updated market insights on industry movement (competitors offering, regulatory changes, customer growth , etc.)
- Plan and coordinate on marketing/ advertisement expenses, to ensure cost optimization with maximum return.
- Active interaction with peer units to ensure coordinated application and implementation of product marketing and segment solutions
- Promote positive brand experience such as NPS, E-B
Qualifications
1. Bachelor Degree
2. Min 5 years Digital and Segment experience
3. Marketing experience will be an added advantage.
