Job Description :
  • Support & manage operational matters related to Retail Payment Services such as RPP - DuitNow, DuitNow QR MyDebit - Issuing/Acquirer, IBG, FPX, Direct Debit, JomPay OCBC OneCollect Proprietary ATMs / Interbank Cash Withdrawal, IBFT, Cash Deposit Machines, PinPad, Debit Card transfer etc and any other new services introduced by Paynet & Business Units from time to time
  • Monitor & manage team's performances eg that daily task are attended to, that regulatory and internal policies/SOPs are adhered to, provide support to team and provide feedback to improve performances as and when required
  • Participate in discussions & support UAT with Business Units from CFS, GTB, EMM, IT on new projects that impacts the units operational support
  • Manage & discuss operational/system issues related to the Retail Payment Services with team and Business Units & IT to improve customer experience
  • Support CFS, Branch, IT and machine vendors on machine related matters eg ATM/CDM/PinPad issues, system migration, movement of machines, etc
  • Review Paynet's proposed SOP revision and provide feedback/input where applicable
  • Review units internal SOPs with team member to ensure that processes are updated and signed off yearly or as and when there are revisions
  • Recommend and drive process improvements with team to eliminate inefficiencies
  • Work closely with departments Compliance Unit and team to manage / oversee units compliance matters eg Audit, BCP, BCM, CSA, RCSA, Cash BOP, review units User Access Request, Door Access, Training report etc
  • Work with MIS unit on matters related to Unit costing, FTE from time to time

  • A matured, self-motivated, pro-active person, team player in managing operational efficiency and promote process improvements
  • Able to organize, lead and cultivate good teamwork amongst staff are essential attributes
  • A passionate person with customer-oriented mind-set and firm believer of Quality discipline
  • Ability to analyse and interpret information
  • Possesses good oral/communication and co-ordination skills and able to interact well with team members and business units/branches/vendors/bankers
  • Resourceful and able to multi-task with confidence and take ownership on assigned task
  • Proficient in Microsoft Windows applications - Word, Excel & Power-point
