Job Description



Company background: Financial Trading
Location: Menara Worldwide, Bukit Bintang, Kuala Lumpur
Tenure: Outsource contract 1-year with agency (Renewable based on performance)
Remuneration:Nego based on working experience
Responsibilities:
  • Supervising and motivate the teams ( up to 15 people) in order to achieve group KPIs
  • Manage the day to day operations of team members to ensure correct skill allocation to projects or service support
  • Manage workloads
  • Responsible to ensure team’s delivery is in compliance with regulations, department and contract guidelines
  • Effectively delegate objectives, actions and deliverables while maintaining overall accountability
  • Maintain effective relationships with internal groups, representing the interests and objectives of the team
  • Lead, mentor and develop each team member.

  • Requirement:
  • Applicant must possess Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Business Management or related field
  • At least 6 months of experience as team leader, preferably of the large teams (more than 20 employees)
  • Working hours based on shift basic (5 working in a week, rotation shift)
  • Experience of customer service and call center working experience
  • Strong in written and verbal communication skills in English & Thai
