Location: Menara Worldwide, Bukit Bintang, Kuala Lumpur
Tenure: Outsource contract 1-year with agency (Renewable based on performance)
Remuneration:Nego based on working experience
Responsibilities:
Supervising and motivate the teams ( up to 15 people) in order to achieve group KPIsManage the day to day operations of team members to ensure correct skill allocation to projects or service supportManage workloadsResponsible to ensure team’s delivery is in compliance with regulations, department and contract guidelinesEffectively delegate objectives, actions and deliverables while maintaining overall accountabilityMaintain effective relationships with internal groups, representing the interests and objectives of the teamLead, mentor and develop each team member.
Requirement: Applicant must possess Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Business Management or related fieldAt least 6 months of experience as team leader, preferably of the large teams (more than 20 employees)Working hours based on shift basic (5 working in a week, rotation shift)Experience of customer service and call center working experienceStrong in written and verbal communication skills in English & Thai
