Assist the Housekeeping Manager / Assistant Manager in the smooth and efficient running of the Housekeeping department, ensuring that all the policies and procedures outlined in the Departmental Operations Manual are strictly adhered to.
Qualifications
- Ideally with a relevant Degree or Diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
- Minimum 2 year of work experience in Housekeeping operations.
- Excellent customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must.
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a face paced environment.
- Refined verbal and written communication skills.
