Job Description

  • Responsible for team's budget and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) - Plan and manage team capacity and activities to meet assigned budget and deliverables.
  • Develop appropriate business plans according to resources and client suitability.
  • Review team members performance regularly and administer guidance and coaching where necessary.
  • Ensure adherence to the institutionalization of investment approach. This includes advising clients on investment plans, furnishing clients with investment proposals, executing proposals, reviewing and monitoring portfolios.
  • Keep abreast with current news and industry trends, and ensure that all team members have sufficient skills and knowledge in managing their portfolio of clients.
  • Foster good relations with clients and ensure services provided to clients meet/exceed client's expectation and are consistent with Private Banking service standards.
  • Attend to and address issues/matters/complaints related to client servicing.
  • Work closely with other units/divisions to implement collaborative initiatives to explore business opportunities.
  • Bachelor's degree, in any field.
  • Possess strong communication skills.
  • Computer literate.
  • At least 10 years of work experience in a financial institution, preferably in a client advisory role.
  • At least 5 years in aleadership position in an established financial institution.
