Job Description :
•To effectively and efficiently manage the Branch resources, for both Mass and Premier Banking Segments, to achieve the targets / standards for sales, high-level, consistent service quality and risk management
•Manage the Branch Sales and Sales Support Team of Consumer Banking, Mass and Premier Banking (if any) to achieve revenue targets for the branch
•Promote usage of sales methodology, Sales CARE and BEE models, and Financial Journeys, to achieve targets
•Build and develop staff competencies and sales & service qualities
•Increase staff productivity
•In charge of recruitment and maintain low staff attrition
•Optimize customer interaction tools such as CRUs and campaign leads to deliver sales results
•Achieve branch compliance in all statutory and regulatory requirements
•Achieve a Pass in Internal & External Audit, Health Checks and Call

•Degree in banking and finance, accounting or business administration, with at least 2 years’ experience in branch banking with exposure in sales, service & operational aspects
•Strong Leadership & Sales Management Skills
•Sound financial knowledge
•Strong written and verbal communication skills
•Good understanding of banking law and practices
