Job Description:
  • To conduct New Hire Trainings for New Joiners, including New Hire Assessments
  • To conduct Refresher Trainings for existing staff
  • Proactively create training programs/e-learning to enhance quality/add value to the Customer Service/Telesales Department
  • Identify skill gaps in employees & prepare learning materials/conduct trainings to address the issues
  • Evaluate training needs analysis and plan the training programs that support productivity, effectiveness to achieve company's goals
  • Conduct surveys to gauge the effectiveness of the training programs
  • Research new training methods & keep abreast of latest learning trends & technologies
  • In charge of announcements/briefing about Product updates
  • To update the intranet with news/announcements/new processes
  • Design & deliver creative internal communications within the department
  • To liaise with Carsome Academy whenever required
  • Enhance the SOP to ensure optimal customer experience
  • To conduct internal audit processes to ensure compliance
  • To participate in special projects/system projects as required
  • Any ad-hoc tasks/reports as required by the HOD (Head of Department) / Regional HOD.

Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Training, or Education
  • Minimum 2-3 years in a Training & Development role (Senior Executive), preferably with Call Centre/Sales/Telesales/Customer Service experience
  • Certifications from relevant training associations is an advantage
  • Superior communication skills to train others & have good interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent verbal & written English & Malay
  • Being Multilingual (Able to speak Chinese dialects) will be an added advantage but not mandatory.
  • Able to work under pressure & able to work with minimum supervision.
  • Detailed, proactive, organized, good planning, good time management, adhere to datelines
  • Able to multitask, analytical, & good problem-solving skills
  • Enjoys mentoring, coaching, developing talents & able to inspire others
  • Outgoing personality & enjoys meeting new people
  • Proficient in Excel & PowerPoint
  • Willing to work in Ara Damansara, Selangor.
  • Willing to work on weekends & Public Holidays.
  • Ability to start work immediately will be an added advantage.
