Job Description :
  • Responsible for effective portfolio management of accounts in respective ranges.
  • Lead and manage team to achieve KPIs set in terms of delinquencies, flow through rate and collectors productivity.
  • Review collections MIS and implement appropriate strategies to prevent flow through of accounts, control delinquencies, minimize NPL and specific provisions.
  • Streamline processes to ensure regulatory and statutory compliance and to improve cycle time and efficiency.
  • Manage staff resources and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Monitor and manage team's performance and coach weaker team members.
  • Develop staff to perform at higher levels through personal coaching, training and performance appraisals.
  • Plan for continuity and job succession and maintain high staff morale.
  • Manage third party service partners to ensure service standards are met.
  • Take on ad hoc projects/ tasks as assigned.
  • Handle escalation call and calls review.

  • Able to lead and motivate team members to excel in performance
  • Able to lead towards meeting Collections targets set
  • Possess strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Conversant and speaks English and Mandarin fluently
  • Possess good interpersonal and people management skills
  • Possess strong process and workflow management skills
  • Preferably with Collections and/or Call Centre experiences
  • Have supervisory/managerial experiences in financial industry
  • 3-5 years managing experience in any field (value added to customer service/banking industry)
  • Target driven, aggressive to fight for target
  • Experience in direct manage of team
  • Flexible on working time
  • Good communication & interpersonal skill
  • Good leadership/supervision skill
  • Able to work in Penang
