Job Description

Mode of Hire: 1 year contract + convertible


A minimum of 8 years IT experience of which at least past 2 years shall be as Demandware Technical Architect with strong involvement engineering/development teams.
Should have worked on at least 2-3 end to end implementations of Demandware commerce projects as a technical architect.
Experience of various code repository tools such as SVN or GitHub.
Should have done hands on Demandware and Java development work in the past.
Experience with managing technical software projects with good understanding of the business processes.
Candidate shall have experience in working in Agile environment.
Thorough understanding of software engineering practices and methodologies.
The right candidate will demonstrate deep technical knowledge of:
Demandware platform and Business Manager tool:
• Demandware OCAPI
• Demandware Customer Service Suite
• Demandware SiteGenesis-2
• Knowledge of Demandware Order Management is desired but not essential.
• X/HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML and SQL
• Oracle or MySQL or MS SQL Server
Very good verbal and written English
Knowledge of Hybris, ATG or WebSphere Commerce would be an advantage but not essential
