Company Profile
We are representing an MNC organization who are specializing in providing Business Services. 

Job Responsibilities:
  • Providing customer-facing call center support activities to resolve requests in order to maximize the effectiveness of IT users. 
  • Creating a positive customer support experience while handling customers with a professional attitude and ensuring timely resolution or escalation. 
  • Documenting incidents, problems, and knowledge base articles including the troubleshooting steps taken, comments, outcomes, and results. 
  • Identifying, researching, and resolving technical issues and escalating issues to other support teams when necessary. 
  • Taking initiative and ownership of work items and following through with minimal direction. 
  • Logging activities for organizational development, quality tracking, and performance metrics. 
  • Working in a diverse, fast-paced, and sometimes high stress environment with an ability to multi-task, quickly adapt to frequent changes in workload, tasks, and priorities. 
  • Providing input to initiatives and creative ideas to improve IT operations and IT value to customers.
Job Requirement:
  • At least 2 years of IT Service Desk experience in an enterprised environment. 
  • Experience with setup and strong troubleshooting skills of: Windows domains, Active Directory, Azure, Exchange, Outlook, SharePoint, O365. 
  • Strong troubleshooting skills on desktops, laptops, printers, tablets, smartphones, and other mobile computers. 
  • Experience working within an ITIL framework, ITIL Foundation certification would be a plus. 
  • Industry acknowledged certificates, e.g. MCP, MCSE, MCSD, MCDBA, CCNA would be a plus. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Mandarin typing and speaking is mandatory for supporting China/Taiwan based customers.
