Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
  • Ensure that our customers and solutions are on boarded successfully
  • Work with cross-functional teams
  • Define multiple project schedules, timelines, and do critical path analysis
  • Identify risks and blockers, suggest mitigations and guide the team to remove blockers
  • Communicate and align with internal and external stakeholders
  • Efficiently allocate resources to ensure efficient execution
  • Prioritize incoming customer issues
  • Continuously monitor and improve the effectiveness of our processes to increase speed to launch and quality of service
  • Define workarounds and viable solutions to meet our customer needs
  • Other functions that may be assigned

Job Requirements:
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
  • Expert knowledge in all business processes across an entire line of acquiring, issuing, payment business or banking business, as well expertise in other lines of business and technology disciplines
  • Understanding of global and line of business project and program management standards and methods
  • Experience working with high-performing teams in complex program execution
  • A strong understanding of Waterfall and Agile methods stakeholder management budget management, risk management and operations
  • Ability to create and maintain relationships with a wide range of stakeholders throughout the firm
  • Experience in developing and managing a global team of product development team / business analysts and work closely with development team to execute on the digital cloud platform strategy.
  • Ability to define project objectives and oversee quality control throughout project life cycle - project plans, milestones using scope, resources, and personnel as criteria
  • Ability to exhibit detailed-oriented, results-driven, high-energy and motivated behaviours.
  • Experience working with a high degree of independence as this position is responsible for thorough, high quality deliverables utilizing best practices, project management tools, and methodologies to ensure on-time / on-budget delivery, along with optimization of production system availability and stability
