Responsibilities / Introduction

  • Diagnose, trouble shooting and resolve technical hardware and software problems
  • Programmed software based on customer requirement
  • Effectively answer, prioritize and escalate customer issues
  • Work closely with Sales team on customer feedback
  • Provide onsite support and training

  • Degree in Information Technology with VB, Java, C or C++ Preferred
  • 1-2 years experience in working experience is preferred but fresh graduates with strong vocational/hands on IT or programming knowledge are encouraged to apply.
  • Able to speak English, Malay, Chinese and Japanese Language JLPT (N2-4)-Preferable
  • Possess own transportation and willing to travel
  • Preferably below 27 years of age
