The Job
You will be responsible for :
  • Identifying and resolving users operation and functional issues
  • Highlighting business processes related to system functionalities
  • Greeting all customers pleasantly and in a professional manner
  • Ensuring all customer requirements are met in a timely manner

The Profile
  • No experience is required for the role. Hands-on guidance and training will be provided.
  • You have general computer knowledge and ideally have some knowledge in Basic Accounting, Business Studies or equivalent.
  • You have a positive and good working attitude with a strong willingness to learn
  • You are fluent in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia to communicate with users.
  • You are a strong team player and can liaise with various stakeholders.
  • You demonstrate a high level of resilience and can work well in fast-paced environments.
  • You are a strong networker and relationship builder.
