The opportunity
EY is looking for Manager/ Senior Manager for Technology Consulting to lead the team in the execution of clients assignments in the areas of:
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Team Lead
  • CRM IT strategy, architecture and solution design (including package solutions like MS Dynamics, Pega, or Salesforce)
  • CRM Sales & Services operational effectiveness
  • Program and project management for CRM Sales and Services implementation
  • CRM IT Architecture including cloud implementation

Your key responsibilities:
  • Be a member of a CRM practice by prototyping and curating product demos to suffice for CRM business requirement development
  • Provide functional expertise and conceptualize prototype concepts and logical architecture
  • Provide technical expertise for CRM cloud implementation
  • Conceptualize and develop a platform road-map and architecture to meet the business needs of clients
  • Collaborate with the Software Development team to design and lead the system architecture processes
  • Effectively deliver presentations to key clients and senior management
  • Provides work estimates that permit prioritization and assignments to be made

To qualify for the role, you must have
  • A bachelor's degree in economics, commerce or accounting, finance, computer science, science, information systems, engineering, or a related field
  • Approximately5 years of recent relevant work experience in technology initiatives management or implementation, preferably in a technical or business consulting role with a leading management consultancy organization
  • Good functional knowledge of CRM sales, services and marketing for banks
  • Ability to translate complex client requirements and goals, and to reflect this in a solution architecture, that is understandable by clients irrespective of their level of seniority
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, in addition to technical skills
  • Have a detailed understanding of the application and integration architectures (at a minimum) with a breadth of understanding across the remaining views

Ideally, you'll also have
  • Functional knowledge of IT Target Operating Model for banking
  • Functional and Technical knowledge on CRM design and delivery
  • Have working exposure towards the latest emerging technologies such as Cloud, SaaS, PaaS, Mobility, Analytical, and Digital
  • Agile Scrum, PMP, TOGAF or ITIL certified
  • MCSA: Microsoft Dynamics 365, Pega or Salesforce Certification
