The opportunity
EY is looking for Manager for Technology Consulting to lead the team in the execution of clients assignments in the areas of:
  • Information management and business intelligence
  • IT strategy, architecture and solution design (including package solutions)
  • IT operational effectiveness and business case development
  • Program and project management
  • IT Architecture

Your key responsibilities:
  • Design Target Operating Model to help client achieve the intended benefits of Agile and DevOps
  • Experience and recommend best-in-class DevOps pipeline based on suggested technology stack
  • Define the appropriate process and procedures to operate the pipeline
  • Understand industry knowledge on Agile & DevOps best practices and adopt relevant practice to address client's issues/needs
  • Develop roadmap for planning and prioritizing onboarding applications onto the DevOps pipeline.
  • Design and build a fully integrated DevOps pipeline with high degree of automation and adherence to security & compliance standards
  • Facilitate and conduct workshops to ensure application teams are onboarded onto the DevOps pipeline and adheres to a standard set of process and procedures that is align with the TOM
  • Develop training curriculum and training materials to facilitate the building of an Agile & DevOps mindset and culture.

To qualify for the role, you must have
  • A bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science or Software Engineering or a related field
  • Approximately 5 years of recent relevant work experience in IT Agile and DevOps technology initiatives management or implementation, in a technology, end-user or business consulting role with a leading organization
  • Software development background with strong interest in Infrastructure as Code
  • Familiar with DevOps and CI/CD tools (SonarQube, GitHub, JIRA Jenkins, Fortify, CA, Cucumber, Docker) and cloud automation
  • Good knowledge of IT Agile development practices including unit testing and continuous integration

Ideally, you'll also have
  • Experience in the latest emerging technologies such as Cloud, SaaS, PaaS, Mobility, Digital, Agile Scrum, TOGAF or ITIL certified
  • Experience in monitoring of application services and investigation of system anomalies
  • Working with developers to automating testing and deployment activities
  • Experience in containerization and orchestration of web services
  • Good knowledge of Technology Target Operating Model for banks or financial services industry
