Job Description


• Identify insights, create opportunities, and deliver solutions that drive profitable sales growth.
• Devise Sales strategies with the goal of increasing points of distribution, shelf space, production positioning, consumer awareness, trial, conversion and ultimately user acquisition.
• Adapt to using sales technologies and software – CRM.
• Strong familiarity with syndicated data, software and measures (demographic data, etc.).
• Perform analysis across a wide variety or retail business development issues.
• Evaluates all programs to identify key indicators of success and measuring impact and developing insights.
• Develop sales insight tools for Key Account Teams and Sales Reps.
• Provide input for demand forecasting.
• Estimating and documenting costs for projects and proposals.
• Gathering requirements and creating dashboards and reports.
• Collaborating with developers to verify and test that solution will meet the business requirement.
• Shared accountability (with sales) for volume and execution.
• Liaise with marketing teams to determine competitive pricing and promotional activities of a product category.
• Engaging deep relationship with store managers/owners and distribution partner’s sales teams by providing expertise and knowledge of the industry, retail strategies and sales tactics.
• Create buzz and increase consumer demand for the product.
• Able to attend trade shows and events to market product.
• Focus on executing to make things happen and get the job done.
• Create regional sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives.
• Support Store Managers with day-to-day store operation.
• Evaluate store and individual performances.
• Report on regional sales result.
• Forecast quarterly and annual profits.
• Identify hiring needs, select and train new sales people.
• Prepare and review the annual budget for the area of responsibility.
• Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth.
• Participate in decisions for expansion acquisition .
• Suggest new services/products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction.
• Own the territory in terms of performance and in maintaining effective relationships across a diverse base of
• Plans and execute marketing strategy within the territory through building strong business relationships,responding to issues, and monitoring conract compliances.
• Achieve target volume, share of market, and profit in the assigned territory through development of territory business plans and effective implementation of cycle activities.
• Fill market demand of NanoSTIX products by maintaining inventory levels and attaining distribution targets for the brand portfolio. 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Business or relevant field.
• At least (3) Three years direct work experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, etc.
• Well-developed verbal and non-verbal communication.
• Attentive to details and deadlines.
• Proactive in problem solving.
• Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time.
• Able to make data driven decisions.
• Proven work experience as a Regional Sales Manager,Area Manager or similar senior sales role.
• Excellent communication skills.
