1. Definition of the test concept and related test strategy for all the project test phases - Test strategy: detailed description on how test activities will be executed and related entry/exit criteria definition for the different test phases and the reporting
2. Approve the test strategy and the overall test phases plan focusing on user acceptance test
USER ACCEPTANCE TESTING (UAT)
1. Plan the usage of the test environments according to the user acceptance test plan
2. Verify and certify the correctness and completeness of the data used
3. Assign the encountered defects to relevant parties, promptly
4. Planning and management of the defects resolution encountered
5. Approve the final Solution according to the predefined criteria (formal sign-off)
6. Provide the certification of the migrated data according to the predefined criteria (within the quality check performed in data migration) (formal sign-off)
7. Tracking and dispatching of the encountered defects; monitoring of the resolution activities in order to guarantee continuity to the user acceptance test activities: closing of successfully re-tested defects
8. Collect information about the progress of the user acceptance test and distribute a report to all relevant stakeholders
9. Consolidate the results obtained with the user acceptance test phase in a final report and distribute it to the relevant stakeholders

1. Solid End to End Test Management experience especially in managing User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
2. Able to handle projects as per the waterfall and Agile methodologies.
3. Able to review project deliverables for completeness and quality, and compliance with established project standards
