Job Description

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for test hardware repair.
  • Support TE on execution of engineering evaluation and investigation topics.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Diploma in Electrical & Electronic Engineering or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in high volume semiconductor environment
  • Ability to understand schematic, troubleshooting and repair test PCBA.
  • Experienced in troubleshooting analog/mixed signal PCBA including hands-on experience with equipment such as DMM and oscilloscope.
  • Proficient in reworking boards with different package and type of components - SMT (QFN, BGA, LGA) and through hole.
  • Experience of performing test program/hardware validation tasks for analog/mixed signal product testing.

  • Ability to interpret test code, especially C++ and LabVIEW coding.
  • Familiarity with PCBA level debug, test platform specially Eagle/LTX/NI.
  • Circuits debug knowledge that includes one or more of the following: passive components (R, C, L), relays, digital and analog circuits (serial & parallel interfaces, microcontrollers, OpAmps), Power Management (LDO, SMPS), Mixed-signals (ADCs, DACs) and systems.
