Description

Primary Objective:
    Execute required operational task and provide operational expertise to teams
To plan daily work for timely completion of tasks assigned within the set TAT/SLA standards and provide support to Senior Team Member in the day-to-day operations of the unit to achieve KPIs set
Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute operational task that require functional expertise or skills
  • Produce necessary output, in line with the objective of the team
  • Provide feedback on key issues faced by both customers and teams
  • Complete the assigned daily work within the agreed TAT
  • Comply work done within SOP, set policies and guidelines
  • Participate and support in new initiatives for process improvement and operational efficiency
  • Undertake other duties including relief as and when assigned


Requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree - Finance & Banking, Accountancy or equivalent.

- CCE or any other equivalent

Experience not required but will be an advantage
  • Expertise and capability of performing tasks relevant to the domain and delivering required output
  • Good problem solving skills
  • Ability to provide answers to impromptu questions
  • Good communication skills (ability to communicate/collaborate with team members)
  • Ability to be patient and actively listens to others, and understands others views
