The Role Responsibilities & Our Ideal Candidate
To develop sales strategy to build share of mind and wallet with clients with principal accountabilities to:
  • Manage BB Trade and SCF in portfolio
  • Deepen cash offerings where applicable
  • To develop working capital solutions to deliver superior financial performance for Business Banking portfolio
  • To provide guidance to Relationship Managers & team in managing the portfolio of relationships
  • To actively cross-sale other lending and non-lending products and services to both existing and new-to-bank customers
  • Work to increase operating account flows to grow liabilities and to achieve core bank status.
  • To work proactively in using the network for optimal client solutions and generating revenue for the portfolio of clients.
  • To assist in the marketing and servicing of customers by identifying opportunities and providing value added solutions in Trade & Cash Management
  • Manage and increase the S2B sign up and OPAC percentage level.

Drive Trade:.
  • Deepen trade portfolio and increase utilisation of LC/BA/IF/BG facilities
  • To grow export revenue thru LC confirmation, LC negotiation
  • Initiate outbound calls to existing customers to increase usage to make regular visit with RM to explore opportunities for further increment trade business

Lead with Cash:
  • Ensure the clients operating account are with us
  • Capture operating account to become core bank status.
  • Clients to sign up S2B to make their payment via online banking and existing clients are active using the platform.
  • Drive CASA

Enhance Cross Product Collaboration:
  • Engagement with WMPS to capture Forex.
  • Proactively cross-sell the full range of product offerings of the Bank appropriate to account management customers
  • Ensure Optimal Sales Discipline in execution.
  • Pipeline, Call reports, BCA renewal,
  • Active participation in account planning session.
  • Engaging various stakeholders early in deal cycle - RM, Credit, Product, Ops etc.

  • To monitor strict compliance of legal and operational matters of all accounts.
  • To continuously develop and streamline sale process/workflow/performance tracking mechanism to improve productivity.
  • Answer customer enquiries and address customer complaints either by directly following up on issues or referring them to appropriate parties.
  • Give regular feedback to Central Processing Centre (CPC) and/or Head, Product Development & Marketing on the performance of Products and Services; and recommend improvements based on feedback from customers.
  • Provide a high level of professionalism in conducting consultations and profiling with customers.
  • Ensure compliance with the Group's standards and regulatory requirements pertaining to Money Laundering and CDD.
  • Engaging with Products to run the campaign and new cash product
