Job Description:
Answer incoming calls on hotline
Log in CRM for walk in customers within stipulated KPI
Handle enquiries at Front Desk and payment collection
Folder checking for assessment and follow up with trainers for folders not returned
Prepare assessment folders
Reply emails enquiries and assist with Learning Management system
Other administrative duties as needed
Issue receipts and file documentation
Requirements
Diploma in any field
Experience in Customer Service is a must
Able to work with systems
Independent working with excellent verbal and written communication
Good MS office skills especially excel
Team Player
Working hours: 8.30am -6pm Every Sat either 8.30-12.30 or 12.30-4.30 PM
