Job Purpose Summary:
Responsible in execute and support the development of User Interface design and Creative Visual for the digital banking platform and marketing creatives for products and/or services. The role entails contribution to delivering projects UI design/visuals/interaction, Marketing Materials Creatives Visual, Usability Testing (UAT), Pre-Live review (QC) and usability review.
Functional (job responsibilities)
  • Undertaking the roles and responsibilities to contribute UI design of products or marketing materials for HLB Digital Banking platforms in-line with Bank’s branding guidelines.
  • Develop or Support the creation of wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps with the necessary copywriting to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
  • Support informal and formal user research using variety of methods e.g. user interviews or surveys, A/B testing, persona etc. Review the results and use it further enhance the logical screen flow and UI design requirements.
  • Conduct UI testing (UAT) and provide feedback for purpose of refinement layout and design.
  • Produce high-quality visual designs design stages from concept to execution, including those for desktop, web, and mobile devices at a variety of resolutions (icons, graphics, and marketing materials) to final hand-off to engineering
  • Define animation for User Interface interaction and work closely with IT Development engineers to refine the experience on App/Web platform. Lead interaction design through the development lifecycle, from initial exploration through final design deliverables such as use cases, task flows and user interface elements.

Managerial (team/group responsibilities)
  • Collaborate closely with business users, IT, compliance and supporting team to provide omni-channel customer experience.
  • Enforce UI design based on specifications or guidelines.

Organizational (organizational responsibilities)
  • Continuous process improvement projects in building brand awareness and improve customers’ experience.
