The Job
You will be responsible for :
- Managing vendors SLA and KPIs as well as verifying & processing vendor claims
- Defining and developing metrics to assess vendors perfromance which will be used for reviews and contract renewals
- Providing recommendations for improving vendors performance
- Building strong vendor relationships through clear communication and resolution of conflicts in a timely manner
- Preparing regular reports for vendors and management
- Providing product demonstrations and troubleshooting as required
- Support in the drafting and amendment of contracts
The Profile
You have a relevant degree with at least 2 years of vendor management experience. You have experience in relationship management, with strong communication skills and ability to interact with stakeholders of all levels. You are tech-savvy, and are quick to adopt new technologies. You are proficient in Microsoft Office. You are analytical and are able to generate data-driven reports. You are a strong networker and team player with strong organisational skills.
