Job Description

  • Drive remittance business, product management and strategy to grow the remittance income of the Bank.
  • Plan, strategize and execute business plans to achieve the Bank's remittance revenue targets.
  • Enable competitive remittance offerings in the market through product differentiation, enhanced value propositions to targeted segments, process digitalization and customer journey improvement.
  • Product management of Remittance products such as Foreign Telegraphic Transfer and Foreign Demand Draft, ensuring product T&Cs, processes and operations are in compliance to all policies and BNM requirements.
  • Launch marketing campaigns leveraging on big data and digital marketing optimization to attract more New-To-Remittance customers, drive higher volumes and migration towards digital channels.
  • Conduct regular market checks and competitors benchmarking to ensure product offerings and FX pricing remain competitive in the market.
  • Review business performance report, customer segment and product portfolio to identify opportunities in expanding business and increase number of Remittance customers.
  • Present policy updates & seek approval for any new or revised regulatory imposed for management committee's approval.
  • Provide product training and campaign briefing to sales staff, branches and call centre, as well as support any ad-hoc issues or enquiries.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to obtain alignment and smooth execution of business strategy, campaigns and initiatives.
  • Any other responsibilities/tasks assigned by the Management from time to time.
  • Masters/ Degree in Banking / Finance / Business

5 years working experience in finance, operations, sales and marketing would give valuable insights through different perspective.
