Job Description

  1. Responsible for the smooth and efficient operation, sales and profitability of outlet.
  2. Control and manage costs and expenses of restaurant and bar.
  3. Ensure SOP on cash management and inventory control are enforced and adhered.
  4. Manage restaurant and bar operations including staff planning, scheduling, training and discipline.
  5. Conduct table visitations, mingle with customers to build relationship and increase patronage
  6. Anticipate customers complaints and take prompt corrective action
  7. Make recommendations for bar/food menu development and promotional activities
  8. Ensure a safe secure and clean environment for customers and staff

  • Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/'O' Level, any field.
  • Required languages: English Bahasa Malaysia. Some knowledge of Chinese dialects will be an added advantage.
  • Requires at least 2 years of working experience in the related field.
  • Experienced in Restaurant, Bar, Club and Entertainment industries.
  • Able to multi-task and work under pressure.
  • Resourceful, detail-oriented and a hands-on person
  • Experienced in handling functions and events
  • Computer knowledge: Basic Microsoft Excel and Word
