Description :
To support the team in planning and implementing internal communications strategies, including but not limited to crisis communications.
Responsibilities :
- To design and deliver impactful communications plans for Bank’s initiatives and programmes within a specified timeline.
- To produce engaging, concise and impactful communications not limited to speeches and key messages for the management, articles, reports, as well as external publications.
- To be ‘on the field’ whether virtually or physically for news coverage for internal and external events.
- To maintain close working relationships with a variety of stakeholders / counterparts from sectors and countries.
- To support Team Lead, Channel Management in identifying opportunities and areas of improvements to enhancing and producing impactful internal communications.
- To ensure online publications of news / events / updates messages are disseminated efficiently & effectively to all employees via multiple communications channels.
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communications/English. Good command in English to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Passionate in writing, editing and proofreading, as well as a good storyteller.
- Able to conduct research and analysis, understand business strategies and how to use communications as a medium to drive organisation’s vision, mission and values.
- A good team player and able to work under pressure to meet short deadlines.
- Values-driven and possesses the ability to thrive in fast-paced environment, while being agile, flexible and collaborative.
- Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and organisational skills. Creative and experimental.
- Proficient in MS Offices (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Proficient in Adobe (Photoshop or Illustrator) would be an added advantage.
