Our established client is a MNC FMCG company. This role will act as an interface to the PTP related employee and vendor queries. Responsible for effective and efficient resolution or escalation of their PTP related requests/queries.
Duties: Coordinate, including being able to perform, activities across the various accounting functions: accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, cash and treasury management and general accounting
Manage a portfolio of key restaurants with a focus on building lasting relationships and increasing profitability Liaise with merchants for merchants funded promo program, merchant commission scheme, new products Identify bottlenecks and potential issues related to merchant operations and the content management process Evaluate strategic and partnership opportunities, performing a broad range of quantitative and qualitative analyses Analyzing data and develop initiatives to increase profitability for your portfolio Drive growth of key accounts, measured by deliveries and GMV Work across functions to tailor merchant specific needs Deliver business improvement projects to create value for both merchants and Stakeholders
✔ Provide quality customer support (24/7) through Voice and Digital channels for our customers. ✔ Monitor various company communication channels including call center, social media, web enquiries, etc. and respond appropriately in a timely manner. ✔ Gather feedback from drivers and passengers, observe front-line issues such as booking cancellation reasons, etc. and report promptly to supervisor. ✔ Perform ad-hoc tasks as required by the team to improve overall business such as market research, service quality audit, etc. ✔ Perform administrative tasks involving driver’s account (credit top-up, changes in driver information, etc. ✔ Support other department campaigns when the need arises.
The person should have experience selling software to insurance industry and full understanding of the entire full cycle of Life/ General Insurance. Candidates from Technology Banking Sales or BFSI Sales and understand digital solutions.
You will be the main point of contact for assigned clients. You will maintain open and effective communications with clients on objectives and project progress, ensuring enquiries are attended to in a timely manner.
