You are responsible for oversee the whole HR department in day to day operation. Your knowledge in recruitment, compensation and benefits, payroll, administrative and others HR related skills will be and added advantage to this position.
To provide application support, participate in application customization and integration, development, user training, installation, implementation support and maintenance to ensure the system availability as per agreed SLA.
Basic knowledge and experience of configuring and managing servers of different operating systems, such as Windows, Linux, including installing, fixing issues, upgrading and good troubleshooting skills.
An IT Service Desk Analyst handling service request and provide remote technical troubleshooting (desktop compute, applications, network and server) for our clients until resolution, permanently at night.
