You will be promoting the company’s products to customers in a professional manner. You will address any complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives in a timely manner and follow up to ensure resolution.
You will be supporting the investigation of potential compliance issues and documenting findings to prepare case files. You will be analysing the root cause of these issues and providing recommendations on next steps.
Identifying, experimenting and testing hypotheses, uncovering insights and measuring the effectiveness of action plans.Building clear visualizations in the form of reports and dashboards to convey complicated data to a non-technical audience.
Desired Skills and Experience • Basic Requirements • Background in one or more of the following areas (Capital Markets, Retail/Commercial Banking, eBanking/Electronic Payments, Risk, Compliance or Capital Markets)
