This role will be helping customers to integrate systems, automate processes and achieve efficiencies.This typically ranges from providing expert guidance and solution design to hands-on work with product setup,migrations, upgrades and performance.

Job Description :

* Able to provide on-call standby support

* Resolve network/Wintel issues within customer's service level agreement.

* Perform test, network/server analysis and troubleshooting IT infrastructure issue.

Skills : Infrastructure Support Engineer , Microsoft AD DS , Microsoft DHCP , Microsoft File Server , Network Devices , Microsoft Exchange , microsoft dns , microsoft cluster , Vmware Esx , Vmware Vcenter

System Engineer with at least 2 years of experience.
