Primarily responsible for all requests that reach the service desk. Therefore, your tasks basically consist of recording and prioritizing, logging, forwarding and solving the requests.

As an intern, you will gain the experience working as an IT Remote Support person. You will be exposed to Networking, Security, Servers and Desktops Applications.
